Natural bodybuilding is about persistancy and consistancy with diet, training and believing in yourself that you can change your world. Bodybuilding is a lifestlye choice and a sense of achievement as you gradually and slowly get better and better, year in and year out. It is not something you master overnight but from years and years of experience. There is no perfect formula to being the best natural bodybuilder instead it is a balance of understanding exercise science and how your body responds to exercise and nutrition.
